Casa Arriba is a large apartment with two bedrooms and two baths on the second floor at Punta Piedra. It offers new, moderately priced accommodations for families and other parties of up to 6 people. It is on the east side of the island about 1.5 miles from the downtown/North Beach area on its own private white sand beach. It’s a pleasant 20 minute walk along the water to downtown or you can take a taxi for 9 pesos (90 cents US).
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned: one has a king bed and the other two twins. There is a double sized fold out sofa bed which can be used in the bedroom with the king bed or in the living room area. The kitchen has full sized appliances and there is cable tv in both the living area and master bedroom. The apartment has a large terrace/balcony to the east and to the west for sunsets as it wraps around the apartment. Casa Arriba shares a fresh water pool with the four Punta Piedra studio apartments on the first floor. A white sand beach and the open Carribean is just beyond the deck/pool area.

Policies
A deposit of two nights per week is required by check or money order, sent to a US bank. All deposits are fully refundable with 30 days notice of cancellation. The balance is due on arrival with cash or traveler’s checks.
