Just a few steps north of Punta Piedra is Punta Piedra II, two
studio apartments which are part of Punta Piedra, owned and operated by Amy and Luis Canto. Like those at Punta Piedra, each has air conditioning, kitchenette, dining area and tiled shower bath with hot and cold water. Each of the two apartments has a king bed and private balcony overlooking the sea. The apartments are tastefully decorated and completely furnished; they are equipped for light meal preparation with refrigerator, range, microwave and sink as well as everything needed for serving.
The two studios share their own pool with Casa Punta Piedra, the new house next door. There are decks and lounge chairs in the pool area for lounging in the sun or shade. Punta Piedra II is on the east side of the island about 1.5 miles from the town square. It is about a 20 minute walk along the water or taxis and buses go by frequently: taxi fare for up to four to downtown is 9 pesos (90 cents US) and the bus is 3 pesos (30 cents US).

Policies
A deposit of two nights per week is required by check or money order, sent to a US bank. All deposits are fully refundable with 30 days notice of cancellation. The balance is due on arrival in cash or traveler’s checks.
